http://www.oneishy.com/personality/personality_test_results.php
Let's share your temprements (:

My Lord Jesus.... help me....

Haih... We would have though we have learn it all... but i still feel i'm still in the process of learning.. To walk the way of the Lord is truly not easy...
We find ourselves at the same spot at times and we do not know how to deal with it... i mean we know how lar but we'll be thinking, "Have to go through these again ah??" haiya.. I really dun like it.. why? why? why? What can i do to just stop these things from happening? Can I just ignore it and just be on my own way? Just not care about it and look the other way? Yeerrrr....
Don't you wish sometimes that you would not know so much coz when you do, you have to do something about it.. Even though you can just ignore it but then is it the right thing to do? AAAHHHHhhhhh.... My lord and My God, guide me through the valley of darkness and bring me into your presence... even if i may stumble and fall, may your guiding hands never desert me! I put on my sack cloth to morn for my pitiful self for being having to go through it again!!! ** So drama**
Yet Lord you are gracious and kind, full of mercy and love. I am not worthy of your glory for I am a sinner no matter how hard i try to be good! No good from my hand could bring me eternal life! No works from my sweat could bring me to the Father! Only through you Lord Jesus!!! That our salvation lies in certainty; Only in you, The Lamb, is my Shepherd!
Help me go through the things you need me to go through. Lead me into maturity even if I have fallen many times.. never give up on me Jesus... for I need you... always....
The lord of hosts my Shepherd is--
O Sweet these words to me;
And thou, dear Lamb, will be my Guide
throughout eternity... by Kendri

What is your love language??

Do you know what is a love language?
We humans actually expresses our love through 5 types of love language and they are:
-Words of affirmation: Verbal compliments, words of appreciation and encouragement are powerful communicators of love...
-Quality time:Spending quality time together communicates that we truly care for and enjoy each other.
-Receiving gifts:Gifts demonstrate that you care, and they reinforce the value of the relationship
-Acts of service:Express your love by showing it! Giving a helping hand is a great way to show you care.
-Physical touch:A hug, a tap on the shoulder is a great form of showing care and love.
How do we know what is one's love language? Easy peazy.. just observe what the person does to show his or her affection and care to the ones they love and care about.. then you will know their love language and from there you will know how they would react best to your expression of care and love..
If a person's love language is words of affirmation and not receiving gifts, they may not appreciate much on the gifts you give them, rather they love to hear sweet encouragements from you :)- they would like the gift but not as much as receiving praise or compliments..
Many relationships and friendships were misunderstood because of unmet expectation on receiving the love they were looking for.. for example, a father always buys things to his children to show that he cares and put efforts in getting those gifts but working hard and making a living. But his children's love language could be quality time or words of affirmation and because of this father's love was not received well and children's expectation was not met.. resulting to misunderstanding that "They dun like my gifts thus they dun appreciate or love me" and "He don't understand me at all. Am I not good enough?" etc..
Understand each other's love language will improve your relationship with each other but most of all appreaciate each other for having showed care in any way they could.

Little seed have grown

I was amazed
How much baby have grown
From just a small seed
Into a full frame human form

We saw our little angel
Moving in my tummy
Baby is very active
Moving intensely

When we saw the head of our little angel
We both thought it looks like an Alien
It was small with big hollow eyes
Where the flesh has not fully set in, not fully at sight

Little angel was moving about
Not staying still but I am very proud
Waving thy little hands as if saying
“I’m here! I’m here! Please stop pressing there!”

We find peace and comfort
In knowing all is well
How much baby have grown
Safely baby is still in here..

A Trial may be God's good gift in disguise.

"Beauty for ashes and gold for my dross;
Joy for my sorrow, a crown for my cross;
Peace for my heartache, a balm for my pain;
Sunshine for shadow, a bow after rain." - by Wildmeyer

"Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights." - James 1;17
Isn't it wonderful to know tt all the sufferings we gone through, going through now or going to go through later are but good gifts from God in disguise? Means that our effort in doing what is right in God's eye will not go in vain!! It will not be a waste of time! It will not be lost in time or space but rather it will be a blessing to us, to someone out there, family, friends and most of all.. to God!
Isn't it wonderful to know that all the frustration and dissapointments that we may face with patience is all worth wild in the end?
"2Dear brothers and sisters, F2 whenever trouble comes your way, let it be an opportunity for joy. 3For when your faith is tested, your endurance has a chance to grow. 4So let it grow, for when your endurance is fully developed, you will be strong in character and ready for anything. " - James 1: 2-4 (New Living Translation)

Equation: Jeremy = X = Y

Dunno you can see this or not.. (click on the pic to see clearly lar)

Yesterday i saw an ulat in the petals of my roses. Who is scared of an ulat anyway, right? so i was kidding with Jeremy about being scared of it.. and i think i was silly trying to convince him tt i was scared.. he bought it.. hahaha
And when i took the small insect out of the petals, i look closer and i think little ulat looks very cute! so i told Jeremy about it... haha... then he said i as weird... then i tot of something too.. i think jeremy is cute too..
Thus the equation came: ulat= Cute; Jeremy=cute then we can safely conclude that Ulat=cute=Jeremy. HAHAHA
Jeremy you so cute ler.. ahahah

Bill Gates - Something to ponder about.

Bill Gates gave a speech at a High School about 11 things they do not and will not learn in school. He talks about how feel-good, politically correct teachings created a generation of kids with no concept of reality and how this concept set them up for failure in the real world.

Rule 1: Life is not fair - get used to it!

Rule 2: The world won't care about your self-esteem. The world will expect you to accomplish something BEFORE you feel good about yourself.

Rule 3: You will NOT make $60,000 a year right out of high school. You won't be a vice-president with a car phone until you earn both.

Rule 4: If you think your teacher is tough, wait till you get a boss.

Rule 5: Flipping burgers is not beneath your dignity. Your grandparents had a different word for burger flipping: they called it opportunity.

Rule 6: If you mess up, it's not your parents' fault, so don't whine about your mistakes, learn from them.

Rule 7: Before you were born, your parents weren't as boring as they are now. They got that way from paying your bills, cleaning your clothes and listening to you talk about how cool you thought you were. So before you save the rain forest from the parasites of your parent's generation, try delousing the closet in your own room.

Rule 8: Your school may have done away with winners and losers, but life HAS NOT. In some schools, they have abolished failing grades and they'll give you as MANY TIMES as you want to get the right answer. This doesn't bear the slightest resemblance to ANYTHING in real life.

Rule 9: Life is not divided into semesters. You don't get summers off and very few employers are interested in helping you FIND YOURSELF. Do that on your own time.

Rule 10: Television is NOT real life. In real life people actually have to leave the coffee shop and go to jobs.

Rule 11: Be nice to nerds. Chances are you'll end up working for one.

P/s: Bill Gates is not God thus he does not have the truth but you can ponder some of his comments and think about it. Let us know what you think?

A note from a friend.. Jane…

Dear Susana,
You know what. In this small little, sometimes a bit tense, or sometimes not so perfect place or ppl to work with. The beautiful thing is GOD has sent you here & make my soul more in peace from Time to Time.
You’re truly my angel & I love u a lot. Let me send my prayer & wishes to God. Hope you have a lovely journey with your little angel that will shine your world very soon J GOD BLESS.
Jane “heart shape”

It’s really encouraging to know someone thank God for our small actions and actually take time to write it down and tell you. How many grateful thoughts you have for your love ones that are unspoken? Wonderful things they have done that are unknown to the other person? Who doesn’t know that every little kindness he or she had shown was truly wonderful to you.

Let’s bless someone today like my friend has blessed me with her kind words of encouragement. Let’s not get by a day without being glad and grateful to those around us and letting them know about it. Especially Jesus….

12 Things you should never say to your pregnant wife…

1) “I finished the cookies”
2) “Retaining water? Sure, like the emergency drain retains water….”
3) “I’m not implying anything, but I don’t think the baby weighs 20kg!”
4) “Wow, that rose tattoo on your hip now has the size of a palm tree!”
5) “You know, looking at her, you would never guess that Angelina Jolie had a baby”
6) “Why don’t we name the baby after my secretary, Mimi.”
7) “Well, couldn’t the doctor induce labor? The 25th is the F1!”
8) “Gosh, darling, you’re awfully puffy looking today.”
9) “Zaini at the office, he peed out a kidney stone today, the size of a pea! My, that’s got to hurt a lot!”
10) “I’m jalous; why can’t men experience the joy of giving birth?”
11) “Are your ankles supposed to look like that?”
12) “Get your own ice cream!”

Btw, this is from the Dad section from the wedside below. Where men need some jokes to cheer them up for labor.. (lar.. like they are the ones who need the cheering..)

My fav? #12.... so funny... I can't imagine a man saying tt... for an ice cream ahahahah...

A friend of mine… Josephine Chang

I have a childhood friend whom I cherish till now. We are related in a way as we are very distance relatives. (Saudara in other words). We were at the same kindergarten but we did not know each other yet until we were in our primary school. I don’t really remember how we’ve met but we were best buddies since primary one, along with another friend, Wendy.

She is very polite and shy little girl and I was like the tom boy of the class! Yet many of the kid like to bully me and made me very sad all the time. But not Josephine, she sticks to me like UHU glue as she is one of those rare friends you would find in all of your life. If it weren’t for her pure friendship, I would have forsaken any other friendship in my life. She has given the word friendship a true meaning and that is to stand by you no matter what happens. No matter what others accuse you off; no matter how many are against you; no matter how she would be unpopular for your sake. She is a true friend.

A friend who protects and support you are true gems. That is why she is still my best bud until now. Our friendship have been over 20 years and no matter how we are far apart, in distance or at heart, we always finds a way to find ourselves back together. I can’t explain it. But I believe God meant this friendship to grow and bloom and to stay ever lasting in our lives for as long as we may live.

We grew apart during our secondary school years, total detachment and total absents from each others lives. Yet after 6 years, we found ourselves together again. Its like meeting up and mending with an old lost friend and then we knew that our friendship was not to be taken so lightly for after so long far from in each other, we still find ourselves missing each others company and friendship; we still find ourselves wanting to share thoughts and dreams together; we still find ourselves caring, loving and supporting each other.

True friendship will overcome the test of time and this friendship has proven to be one of the most precious one I got….

If you have your best bud still there for you... you are truly bless....

Thank you God for Josephine.. my childhood friend…

Thank God for little hands & little feet..

Little hands little feet;
A boy or a girl growing in me;
Too overjoyed n too overwhelmed;
I am pregnant now, u see.

It’s only been 9 weeks;
Yet it feels like months;
Having a miracle;
Living inside my tummy.

Nigel is going to be a father;
He is not just delighted for me;
But trilled for the day to see;
His own flesh and blood, with little hands & little feet.

I feel unwell at times in the morning;
Sometimes evenings and mostly at night;
Yet I know my God is with me;
All throughout the day till twilight.

God has been good to us;
For bringing friends who cares;
For me, for Nigel and most of all;
For our little hands & little feet, that is growing inside my tummy.

Thank God for little hands & little feet..

Horton hear a Who..

Have you watched the movie lately? Its an ok show for me, silly and entertaining ler…This elephant called Horton found a speck and in tt speck lived a world of Whos. (a species of intelligent ‘person’ or some sort..)

But many animals in the jungle don’t believe Horton that someone is actually existed in that speck and on the other side of this tiny world of Whos, the people there also do not believe that there are someone bigger than them living above their skies.

Horton tried to bring that speck to a save place so it can continue to develop without disturbances and he always tells the people around him. “No matter how little and no matter how small, a person is still a person.” And in that jungle there was this self-proclaimed righteous kangaroo that always says, “If you can’t see it and you can’t touch it, its does not exist.”

Sound so familiar doesn’t it? It’s like what people says about God. “If you can’t see it and you can’t touch it, its does not exist.” Someone brilliant once said, "I can’t see your brain, can’t touch your brain thus you have no brain???" Of course not. So what exist?

Look at our world, it’s big and huge to us humans, but we are but a speck in the entire solar system and there are thousands of other systems that make up the whole universe! Aren’t we living in a speck of something bigger then just us?

The movie made me think, the Whos only realized that they are just living in a speck when their world started to fall apart. We humans are like that too, aren’t we? When things starts to go wrong, and we tried to do all things right…but still fail, we then only knew that there is nothing to be done except to live it to the one bigger than us, the one that is in control, the one sovereign - God.

To God, no matter how little and no matter how small, a person is still a person.

NOT COOL!!!!

4 things that are definitely NOT cool

Have you ever had someone at school try to impress you in some way? They were thinking, wow! Am I ever cool! And you were thinking, when is this person going to get a clue? Once again, cool people don’t have to work to impress you. Here are 4 things that are definitely NOT cool…

1. You are NOT cool when you talk about yourself most of the time. The Bible says, “Let another man praise you, and not your own mouth.” (Pro 27:2)

2. You are NOT cool because of how you walk or what you wear. You are accepted and favored because of the good person you are, not THE PERCEPTION YOU TRY TO CREATE.

3. It is definitely not cool to live a life of SIN and personal pleasure. The word of God warns us, “The way of transgressors is hard.” (pro 13:15)

4. It is NOT cool to make others feel small by putting them down with your words. Remember the law of the sowing and reaping – if you sow encouragement, you’ll reap it back.
