Jesus has died for me so i could be with Him throughout eternity...

"May I never boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world." Galatians 6:14

Jesus has died for me so that I could live in eternity with Him and while waiting for that day to come, see a glimpse of heaven on earth.. I am truly grateful.

Life is not without challenges but with all challenges, difficulties and obstacles.. It's an opportunity to grow, to learn and be better every time! It's tough going through those times and the blessings may only last a short whilr... But.. It's really really worth it when we know it will last for eternity later.., XD

家不是讲理的地方,更不是算账的地方,家是一个讲爱的地方.

Being cheerful....

I think many people cannot 'tahan' cheerful people being around them.. they will think that they are fake and naive.. Not everyone thinks that way lar.. but really.. come to think about it.. because the law of attraction, people who have the same characters tends to come together and gel well together.. coz they are similar and they have some how found the kinder spirit friend that shares the same view as them..

So it's not easy to find a cheerful person now a days.. cheerful doesn't one lives in the clouds all the time, silly and always in the world of their own.. I believe being cheerful is a choice and a state of mind that we can choose even when we are going through hard times.. again, people will think that it's being fake.. Not necessarily.. yes, I agree sometimes someone is being cheerful just to hide the tears behind those smiles and happiness.. but real cheerful people will really shine and always see the bright side of any given situation.. They will always know that the storm will pass and the sun shine will come again and sometimes even the rainbow will greet them..

For those people who cannot stand cheerfulness in someone is a shame... basically when we are like tt, we are actually envious of others happiness and that we cannot appreciate or even share his/her happiness.. I for one if I think the incident is nothing to be happy about, I really cannot share the person's joy.. eg, hearing a person just given his/her virginity before marriage being happy about it.. har? what? what's wrong with you? You may think that I am judgmental, but I am not, I just don't think that is a good idea to be happy for something unethical and something so secrete like sex should only be given to the one and only life time companion, to be given so freely to someone who may not even take care of you when you are sick. I still love and treat the person the same way but please stop being happy for the wrong reason.. I can't stand it..

The perception of right and wrong is so diluted that who ever feeds the wrong kind of cheerfulness will encourage the wrong kind of value.. Let say I CAN feel happy together with this person and share his/her happiness not because I believe tt it is right but because I don't want to judge or don't want to become unpopular.. what will happened to the person perception? he/she will think tt is it acceptable and continue having the dilution that this is a great thing and he/she will spread it like wild flower because no one told him/her that actually this is not such a great idea..

That is what happen to many ppl now a days right? because your friends support you, you feel you are on top of the world and you can conquer anything! Even though it is wrong, you wouldn't say that to a friend, would you? I want to challenge you to do your friend a favor.. if the person is being cheerful for the wrong reason, smack the fella back into reality and still love them.. When I say smack,it is for those who are very close to you.. for the not so close friends.. tell them in humility about the reality of it.. remember... the key here is humility.. no both sides..

I am a cheerful person :D and sometimes ppl can't stand me also.. because they feel tt I am showing off.. even though I have a good and great reason to be happy, not everyone can understand it.. (but some of my crazy friends will!! HAHAHAHAHAH!!!)

My current fav dish.. Actually, I have always loved salad.. Yummy~~~

Ever since I started trying to make my own salad in 2002 with my then house mate, I really fell in love with it..

After that, I tried different type of salad dressings and different combinations of veggies/fruits etc..

Now, I am back on salad craz again!!! After taking a chance on a rather expensive salad dressing, smallest bottle in their range for the same price.. So logically, it should be the best one so I tried it! This is what happens when we take some risk on trying on new stuff.. Absolutely delightful dish!!

The salad dressing is RM 19.90 for 140ml... Not much for that kind of price. But it's nice.. Hmmm...

Most of the time I add mixed nuts with my salad.. Sooo nice.. Then sometimes I have bacon in my salad.. Heavenly.. Then this morning, I add an avocado.. Wow!! Taste so good!! I really love salad!!

I'd love to have this for my Christmas present hahaha..

And I am so salad crazy now that yesterday when my family and I went to have McD for dinner, I have no appetite to eat and I keep thinking about my salad.. 我已经中毒了!hahaha 中salad的毒! hahahaha farny!!

Hope you enjoy the pictures hehehe

The more I read..

...the more inadequate I feel for this position that I am in.. What have I been reading? LinkedIn articles.. of course I am reading the best minds and thoughts of the industry and many of which I admire their talent and experience.. many of them are managers, philosophers, business owners, entrepreneurs etc.. great mind indeed.. thus of course I feel inadequate... I am now in the Human Resource industry where supporting HR practitioners are my main responsibility and introducing them to a profitable platform is my goal (since I am doing corporate sales for my website.)

Being a new person in the industry, I believe I must learn and read as much and as quickly as I can to really understand this industry... and wow am I getting that heavy downloading session everyday.. hahaha.. i enjoyed it for the most part and it has help me learn to read better.. Learning even the secret of the trade if you will as I gather some gems and jewels from different articles that I have read..

Then I realize....

Wow.. these people is really passionate about their job and what they do.. not just as HR practitioners but as business men/women; entrepreneurs, leaders, IT specialist etc.. they really love what they do!! Got me asking this question again.. What do I love to do? and why am I not doing it as my vocation? haih.. I am Jack of all trade but master of none.. got lar.. Master of something that has yet to make ends meat for my family or even for myself.. LOL.. i asked this question before in my youth group.. what would we do should money is not the object.. many interesting ans from my youth.. travel and eat all the food in the countries that they travel, go missions, become who ever they want to become.. BUT.. money is the object.. for our daily lives and to help ensure our children's future would be a more comfortable one..

Yet it doesn't mean we cannot do what we love at all.. :) i love to travel too.. but if really i get to choose my dream vocation, that would be to sit at home and make crafts, scrap booking, cards, recycle ideas, room decor, sewing etc.. anything that is craft related.. but these things could not pay the bills, especially here in MY.. but I love to do it and sometimes I make time to do it to keep my passion and love evergreen.. :)

When I was in Uni, one of my friend know me well enough to buy me 3 coloured pen of gold, silver and multi-colour.. hahaha coz he knows I like to make crafts/cards at the time.. I love receiving all kinds of gifts.. I love them all :) any kind.. but the best gift is something I can use for my craft projects.. hehehe.. and of course un-used stamps would be my next best gift.. coz I collect un-used stamps... but back to my hubby, ya.. I love to learn crafts or any special skills that I can make something to decorate or to be used. Love to make soap too! hahaha..

oh well, perhaps one day.. I can afford to retire comfortably and star my own small business to make crafts.. ;)
