Being in love should be a wonderful experience, yet for some its agonizing. Especially if you are going out with someone who is self-centered, unreliable, unfaithful and lawless.
People who are not afraid of anyone, not accountable to anyone, who doesn't need to answer their actions to anyone would mostly fall into this category. I once ask a friend who he fear most and being a normal guy, he said his dad :) "So,you mean if you did something wrong or disrespectful you will fear getting a scolding from him? or even fear you will disappoint him?" "Yes". Ok, at least he fear his dad,so he is accountable to his dad. But what if one day your dad is no more around? Who are you going to answer to? Who are you going to be accountable to? Or are you going to live your life like there is no accountability?
We should all be accountable to God, we should all fear God, fear not because He punishes but fear that we would disappoint Him, hurt Him by our action because we love Him.
If you are going out with someone who doesn't fear anyone, be very afraid, be very very afraid. For he/she doesn't need to answer to anyone for his/her action. He/she is the law in him or herself? No one is above him/her? No one can be more authoritative than him/her? People who fear no one is dangerous for they do not listen to reason for the reason they listen to are their own.
Even if they fear their parents or someone like their bosses etc, be afraid also. For they are easily influenced by their mentor's suggestions, ideas, way of life and actions. Man's heart is very deceitful so be very aware of your situations, I could be talking about you. Yes you!
So who do you fear most? Your mom? your dad? your siblings? your friends? your boss? your mentor?
I can tell you now, the only person you should be afraid to disappoint is God, Jesus.
