Drink more water...

I have a fren who is going into Herbalife right now and she mentioned that we need to drink a lot of water... i mean a lot a lot of water...
According to a health doctor, a person should drink x amount of water base on his/her weight per day. For every 1 kg, you need to take 70cc of water.. eg. 64kg x 70cc= 4480 cc = 4.5 L of water.
Wah!!!! that's a lot of water ler... I don't even drink 2 L of water a day.. plain water only count you know... all the soup lar.. juices lar, tea coffee don't count...
So, i took her advise and drink as much as i can... coz we are so use to drinking so little water, it's really not easy to keep so much water in our body.. by doing so... i keep going to the wash room... but i think for health sake, i will try my best...
My fren also mentioned that we should measure how much we drink a day, to keep in check... i will try to do tt also... but trying to find a better way coz i like to drink warm/hot water... no luke warm or cold water for me.. (means i dun keep my water in the tupper ware lar.. coz like tt the water will be cold mar..) so i drink direct from the cup... i need to know how many cups a day i need to drink in order to have the right amount of water into my system... :D lemme see if i can get tt sorted out this week.. ahahaha...
