Horton hear a Who..

Have you watched the movie lately? Its an ok show for me, silly and entertaining ler…This elephant called Horton found a speck and in tt speck lived a world of Whos. (a species of intelligent ‘person’ or some sort..)

But many animals in the jungle don’t believe Horton that someone is actually existed in that speck and on the other side of this tiny world of Whos, the people there also do not believe that there are someone bigger than them living above their skies.

Horton tried to bring that speck to a save place so it can continue to develop without disturbances and he always tells the people around him. “No matter how little and no matter how small, a person is still a person.” And in that jungle there was this self-proclaimed righteous kangaroo that always says, “If you can’t see it and you can’t touch it, its does not exist.”

Sound so familiar doesn’t it? It’s like what people says about God. “If you can’t see it and you can’t touch it, its does not exist.” Someone brilliant once said, "I can’t see your brain, can’t touch your brain thus you have no brain???" Of course not. So what exist?

Look at our world, it’s big and huge to us humans, but we are but a speck in the entire solar system and there are thousands of other systems that make up the whole universe! Aren’t we living in a speck of something bigger then just us?

The movie made me think, the Whos only realized that they are just living in a speck when their world started to fall apart. We humans are like that too, aren’t we? When things starts to go wrong, and we tried to do all things right…but still fail, we then only knew that there is nothing to be done except to live it to the one bigger than us, the one that is in control, the one sovereign - God.

To God, no matter how little and no matter how small, a person is still a person.
