Today I heard this verse tt states “The picture of love” and it got me wondering… What is the picture of love? I mean I love to take pictures and all but don’t really know have I taken The Picture of Love before….
Is it the moment when a couple kissed on their wedding day? Or is it the kiss of an elderly couple after 50 year of marriage? Is it the sight of a new born baby or the sight of the parent holding her? Is it the happy times when family members laugh and be merry? Or is it the time when everyone gathered around a love one when they are ill bedded?
Perhaps all the above is the Picture of Love… but I think the Picture of Love to me would be one I can never take with my Camera or even any other recording devices.
The picture of Jesus carrying the cross to Calvary.. the long suffering journey that He has to go through just to redeemed us from eternal death. No matter in what season my life is in, spring, summer, autumn or winter, this Picture of Love never fail to remind me of God’s love for us and the only feeling I have for my God is gratitude and honor. Thus to me, it’s really “The picture of Love”.
What is your “Picture of Love”? (No need to be spiritual or so sentimental like mine lar.. Just write what you think reflects the theme. K?)
