Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up... that it may benefit those who listen... Ephesians 4:29..

Does not mean what ever that we say should be flattering? should be nice to hear but no truth in it? The word of the Lord is for teaching, rebuking, directing and correcting... do you think all this actions sound nice?is it there just to make u feel good? of coure no lar... so sometimes, we need to say what we need to say..
IN YOUR FACE.. not behind you...

but we need to do all thing in love. Especially when we wanna teach lar, direct lar, correct and rebuke..... If we know all these things, knows what is right and what is wrong, but do not know how to love.. it means nothing... Just means we are a sounding gong... no substance... outside hard, inside hollow...

So, unwholesome does not mean its sounds bad, unwholesome means no benefit, no good intention, no good purpose, sometimes the truth is pretty much ugly.. but by sharing it with a good and pure spirit, a heart that is full of love and care for another..

then..... and only then... it may benefit those who listen....
